Pasta Gemelli

1 lb. Pasta, cooked and drained
2 ounces of bacon, finely chopped
1 T Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves
2 bunches Swiss Chard, rinsed and trimmed
3 ripe plum tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
1 T. Dijon mustard
freshly ground pepper
freshly grated parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients except pasta. Mix with pasta.
