Red Hill Farm offers group tours for folks interested in touring the farm and learning a bit about sustainable agriculture. We describe methods of weed/pest control and techniques used to improve the soil and grow healthy plants.
Farm tours are led by either by a full-time farmer/farm worker or a workshare educator. Tours can be catered to fit your group/class needs. For example, visitors might learn about pest identification, plant families, or pollination for example. Normally tours are 1-2 hours in duration. Some groups choose to help out on the farm after the tour. Cost is $5/person.
